Flexible shopping

We understand how important flexibility is in business - we are not always sure if the equipment will meet our needs, sometimes the concept of the implemented solution evolves overnight and it is difficult for us to keep up with everything.

To meet such challenges, most of the products we offer can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase..

This rule applies to both private and corporate purchases in Poland and in selected cases in EU.

Returns

If, within 14 days of delivering or collecting your purchases, you find that they do not meet your needs, you can return them to us to recover the funds deposited.

However, software licences, parts, and servers available only request and some new drive models are non-refundable.

You can ask our consultant for the details of the return policy for each product or set - he will explain exactly what it looks like in a given case before buying.

Exchange

Like returns, we accept exchange for most products offered within 14 days of pick-up or delivery.

We allow surcharges to exchange products for more expensive ones, and we also refund the difference in price if you choose cheaper products.
