Do you issue VAT invoices?

Of course. If you enter the appropriate data when registering / placing an order, the invoice will be attached to the package with the goods. At the client's request, we also issue proforma invoices (when placing an order, simply select the "Ask for proforma" option)

What are the terms of delivery?

What is the time to process the order?

The order fulfillment time depends on the availability of the goods and the selected payment method. In the vast majority of cases, the goods leave our warehouse within 24 hours from the moment of placing and paying for the order (orders placed before 12.00 am are usually processed on the same day). For urgent orders, please contact us by phone - we will make every effort to ensure that the goods reach you on time..

Is pickup in person possible?

Yes. Pickup in person is possible at our pickup point from Monday to Friday from 8.00-16.00. Currently, payments on delivery can be made in cash or by credit card.

Is registration in the store necessary?

Registration is one of the conditions for the execution of the order by our online store. Unregistered persons can make purchases only on the basis of a pro forma invoice issued by us. Registration in the store is free and does not oblige you to make purchases in our store. Thanks to registration, you get the chance to take advantage of the loyalty program / discounts and you can receive a newsletter informing about new products and promotions organized by us.

Do you issue invoices with deferred payment terms?

Yes. For regular customers and state institutions, we provide the option of issuing an invoice with a 7 or 14-day payment period. In order to arrange the details, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

Of course. The costs and dates of deliveries outside Poland are determined individually, so please contact us, preferably before placing the order.

Can I make a payment in a foreign currency?

Yes. We accept payments in EURO, USD and GBP via the PayPal account. Payments in EURO can also be made by traditional transfer (the EUR account number can be found in the CONTACT tab). As we are obliged to issue an invoice in the currency in which you made the payment, please notify us in advance if you wish to make the payment in a currency other than PLN.
